Returns & Refunds Policy

At Joose Swim, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Have the hygiene liner fully intact and unremoved.
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Be free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, perfume, stains, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Swimwear Hygiene Policy

Due to the nature of swimwear, all items must be tried on over underwear. Any swimwear returned without its hygiene seal or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit and will be returned to the customer.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of discovering the fault and provide photographs along with your order number.

Items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, snagging, stretching, or accidental damage will not be considered faulty.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order to avoid disappointment, as stock cannot be guaranteed while your return is in transit.

Sale Items

Items marked as sale, clearance, or promotional items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only unless they are faulty.

Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Late Returns

Returns received outside of the stated return window may be refused and returned to the sender.
